TRIESTE, ITALY - Last Wednesday, June 24, WTC Trieste met with AIDDA, the Italian National Businesswomen Association.

AIDDA is an association of 'Women Entrepreneurs and Corporate Executives', which is a point of reference for all women who play leadership roles in italian companies. It has been founded in 1961 in Torino and nowadays it counts 16 regional delegations and represents about 1,500 companies with about 200,000 employees.

AIDDA's members are women who work in different fields, from trade (30%), industry (32%) to clothing, food, furniture, chemicals, construction, publishing, engineering, services (30% from insurance to the advertising industry), agriculture (6%) and craft (2%).

For WTC Trieste, it was an extraordinary opportunity to make new national acquaitances by bringing together in solidarity and friendship like-minded people who share a common interest.
