US Celebration Felt Around the Globe

This St. Patrick’s Day, the World Trade Center, Dublin, invited members from Mude Beverages, hailing from Ireland, along with colleagues from the Chamber Kildare, the largest business organization in the mid-east region of Ireland, to attend the Irish American Partnership St. Patrick’s Day breakfast, held in Boston, US.

The event welcomed more than 450 supporters and friends throughout the globe, in celebration of this most Irish of Days, with musical performances, guest appearances, and a message of thanks.  

The American Partnership event was held in support of the people of Northern Ireland, commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, taking place this month and provided grants to 25 schools across Northern Ireland.  Making this effort a landmark accord, laying the groundwork for peace in hopes of fostering the continued work to invest in a better tomorrow across the island of Ireland.

Generous sponsors and remarkable speakers in attendance, included - Paul McAuliffe TD, an Irish member of the Oireachtas; Professor Glenn Patterson, Director of the Seamus Heaney Centre at Queen’s University Belfast; Senator Nick Collins, and Irish harpist, Aine Minogue. 

WTC Dublin was proud to be a part of this year’s celebration and looks forward to continuing to build a long-term relationship with this organization which honors the Irish heritage by investing in Ireland’s future.
