Nesrin Cakiroglu

Nesrin Cakiroglu, Director of Operations & Training, World Trade Center Delaware

Ms. Nesrin Cakiroglu oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization and plays a key role in facilitating trade and identifying potential partnerships between Delaware-based and international companies. She is also responsible for designing and implementing training and development programs for staff and interns, with a focus on communications, marketing, and trade information research to enhance both individual and organizational performance.

Ms. Cakiroglu’s additional responsibilities include:

-Developing and organizing training procedure manuals and materials
-Creating marketing materials to boost organizational performance
-Monitoring the training budget
-Preparing work schedules for interns

Ms. Cakiroglu earned her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University in 2012, followed by another in Marketing Management in 2013. She also completed her MBA at Wilmington University's College of Business in January 2019.
