WTCB-TWTC Seminar on investment in Taoyuan

The Taiwan Trade External Development Council – TAITRA jointly with World Trade Center Bengaluru had organized a seminar on “Investment opportunities in Taoyuan” in Bengaluru on 5th June, 2018. Taoyuan is a planned integrated business city located 40 km southwest of Taipei. The objective of the seminar is to strengthen the economic relationship, boost trade relations and increase investments between India and Taoyuan.
The seminar witnessed the senior level participation of Mr. Balaram Menon, President – World Trade Centre Bangalore, Mr. M.N.Vidyashankar IAS (Retd.) – Former Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Karnataka, Mr. Kuo, Yu-Hsin – Chief Secretary, Department of Economic Development, Taoyuan City Government, Mr. Mohan Rajamani, Vice Chairman – IACC- Karnataka, Mr. K Ravi, president, FKCCI and captains of Industry.
The highlight of the event was the keynote address given by Dr. Da-Nien Liu, Director, Chung-Hua Institute of Economic Research, Taiwan. Speaking at the event, Dr. Da-Nien Liu emphasized the sound industrial confluence in Taoyuan, Business opportunities and future development in Taoyuan and Industrial cooperation between India and Taoyuan.
