WTC takes part in WTM, the largest tourist industry trade show

Ms. Viktoria Oseledko, Deputy General Director of the World Trade Center Moscow, and Ms. Elena Belashova, Director of the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC hotel, are taking part in the world’s largest international tourist industry trade show, World Travel Market, which is taking place in London these days. At the show, representatives of Moscow’s WTC are having meetings and talks with delegates of Russian and international tourist operators to discuss terms of collaboration in 2014.

The Russian booth at the show was opened by Sergei Shpilko, Chairman of Moscow’s Tourism and Hotel Business Committee, representatives of the London Mayor’s office and Embassy of the Russian Federation in the U.K. Ms. Oseledko and Ms. Belashova have also taken part in a conference organized by Moscow’s Tourism and Hotel Business Committee. So long as the show continues, special promotional monitors will be broadcasting a presentation of the World Trade Center Moscow and the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC hotel.

The first WTM took place in 1980. The show is run by Reed Exhibitions, a company with global renown, which also organizes the Arabian Travel Market and the International Luxury Travel Market. In 2012, WTM had nearly 5,000 exhibitors from 184 countries and regions across the globe, and it was attended by more than 28,000 people.

The WTM 2013 business program features over 350 presentations, and more than 8,000 participants registered for attendance.
