WTC Mumbai Observes 3rd International Yoga Day

MUMBAI, INDIA - On June 21, 2017, World Trade Centre Mumbai organized a Yoga session on the occasion of the 3rd International Yoga Day, an initiative launched by Mr. Narendra Modi, Honorable Prime Minister of India. The first part of the session was conducted by Mr. Vinay Gupta, an ‘Art of Living’ Teacher. He taught the benefits of ‘Art of Living’, which are improvement of health and well being both physically, mentally and emotionally. He further explained the benefits of Yoga, Pranayama (Control of Breath) and Meditation. Mr. Upendra Malik, a trained Yoga Teacher from the Yog Urja Health & Fitness Centre, conducted the second part of the session. He emphasized that daily yoga practice would enable the individual consciousness or soul to connect with the universal consciousness or Sprit. Mr. Malik added that yoga is a profound science of unfolding the infinite potential of the human mind and soul.
