WTC C-Level Meeting

Today WTC São Paulo Business Club organized the WTC C-Level Meeting focusing on the Future of Companies. We had the pleasure of having Alessandra da Costa Morrison (HR Director at Kimberly-Clark), Luciano Faustinoni (CIO LatAm at IBM), Rodrigo Zambon (CEO at TMF Group), Washington Botelho de Souza (Managing Director at JLL) as speakrs and Cleber Morais (CEO at Amazon), who intermediate the discussion. During the event, more than 40 leaders as attendants answered the question about what strategies that are being applied in the companies for the next years, being 18% implementing technologies and 18% looking for new talents. When the innovation is the main subject, the executives say there are barriers inside their companies for many reasons, translating these barriers in some words as "culture" and "bureaucracy".
