Smart IT helps WTC Rotterdam's sustainability

Bouwinvest (owner of WTC Rotterdam) and Cushman & Wakefield are using Big Data to continously improve the sustainability performance of WTC Rotterdam. ‘The system, called Simaxx, is one of the parts of the process in getting the highest BREEAM - In Use certification for WTC Rotterdam.' - Rik van der Lee, Technical Manager.
