REGIONAL ONLINE MEETING LATAM

The Regional Online Meeting Latam was held on March 15^th 2023, with the participation of the 75% of the Latin American licenses. During the meeting the projects of WTC Goiania, WTC Santa Cruz de la Sierra, WTC Santo Domingo and WTC Mazatlán were presented all of them either about to brake ground or under construction, and this highlights the dynamics of new developments by the regional WTCs.

Members stressed on the importance of a fluid and permanent communication between WTCs in the region with meetings such as the one being held. An update of WTCA agenda was given Crystal Edn emphasized on the importance of the coming GA and the need to update Infoshare. Ignacio Del, Chairman of the LATAM RAC informed members on the discussions of the recent RAC meeting mainly centering on goals for 2023.

The members exchanged ideas on the content for the in-person Reginal Meeting which will be held 24^th and 25^th of August. On that occasion the Regional Office will present the 6^th issue of the WTCA PRIME OFFICE REAL ESSTATE INDEX, and in parallel hold a seminar centered on aspects which might improve the performance of existing WTCs through better environmental practices, tenant recruitment and innovation.

To conclude members expressed their satisfaction with the meeting and the progress of the Region.
