Int’l Business Certification in Shaanxi Pilot FTA

On May 31, the Launching Ceremony of the RCEP Enterprise Service Center of Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Area and the Policy Interpretation Meeting of the Pilot FTA was held in Shaanxi Airport New City. Mr. Cheng Yunfu, Level I Counsel of the CCPIT Shaanxi / WTC Xi’an attended the event and jointly unveiled the service center. 

CCPIT Shaanxi attaches great importance to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Area (FTA), actively supports the construction of the service center, establishes international commercial certification service window, and sets up "smart trade promotion integrated machine" to provide enterprises with convenient services such as commercial service inquiry and commercial certification certificate application and printing.

Mr. Cheng introduced the commercial business services including the certificate of origin of export goods, international commercial certificate, consular certification, and ATA documents, among others. He also witnessed the enterprises to print the first RCEP certificate of origin at the service center window.

The unveiling of the service center marks the official opening of the first provincial RCEP enterprise service center in Northwest China, which will give full play to the superimposed advantages of the pilot FTA and RCEP and improve the opening-up of Shaanxi.
