In Context: An in-depth look at Venezuela
The fifth edition of the In Context Forum was held in the Hesperia World Trade Center Valencia Hotel on November 22nd, as the closing event of the WTC Agenda for 2017.
The IESA professor and political scientist Michael Penfold opened the forum with an analysis of the international and electoral factors in the Venezuelan present and near future.
On the other hand, DatanĆ”lisis' president Luis Vicente LeĆ³n presented his economic and political predictions for 2018 and took an in-depth look and the possible scenarios of the actual negotiations between both political factions.
"Businesses that bet on disinvestment, on remaining empty, will die. While those that focus on providing a better service, invest in infrastructure and always maintain high quality products will be more successes today and tomorrow", expressed LeĆ³n.
The comedian and journalist JosƩ Rafael BriceƱo, better known as Profesor BriceƱo, was the moderator of the event and performed the analysis of each of the speakers with his characteristic humor entertaining the audiences.
