Exploring WTCA.org

Feb 25, 2016

NEW YORK, NY, USA - The World Trade Centers Association website, WTCA.org, has evolved significantly since its launch in October 2013, with enhanced features making it easier for World Trade Centers to connect with one another and tap into the global WTCA Network.

We are pleased to see how many WTC Members have been active on our site since its inception. We continue to focus our efforts on providing tools that support the network, including those listed below, and hope to attract more active users in 2016.

ONLINE RESOURCE CENTER

WTCA launched an online Resource Center as a central repository of relevant and up-to-date WTCA/WTC content. This library contains the latest brand tools, affinity partner programs, marketing support, event presentations, WTCA guidelines, WTC brochures and videos, best practice documents, New Member Orientation Center and more. We continue to expand content as we receive information from our Members. Member feedback on the Resource Center has been very positive primarily because the tools sought are now readily available for download versus reaching out to WTCA via email.

RECIPROCITY DESK

The Reciprocity desk allows World Trade Centers to effectively and efficiently reach out to one another for reciprocity requests. The Reciprocity Desk is designed to: clearly display which World Trade Centers offer Reciprocity; offer a direct contact at each World Trade Center for Reciprocity; prompt fast response time through an automated response system; provide a peer-to-peer review option for each request that generates and publishes a reciprocity rating for each World Trade Center (for WTC viewing only). 90 World Trade Centers are currently active on the Reciprocity Desk -- join them!

If your World Trade Center operation is interested in the Reciprocity Desk, please contact support@wtca.org

DISCUSSION FORUMS

The WTCA Discussion Forums offers an easily accessible environment for exchanging ideas and open messages within the WTC Community. Use your digital platform log-in to engage in open forum discussions, or view moderated working group discussions.

Overall, the above initiatives were introduced to provide WTCA Membership with efficient tools to navigate the World Trade Center environment; the ability to engage and connect more easily; and a platform to market themselves online.

Join your World Trade Center colleagues online! If you do not have a user account on WTCA.org, please contact support@wtca.org and we would be pleased to help you get started.
