EMTECH: A Roadshow for Emerging Technologies
Orissa Small Scale Industries Association (OSSIA), Cuttack collaborated with World Trade Center Bhubaneswar to organize EMTECH – A Roadshow for Emerging Technologies to be adapted by MSMEs. WTC Bhubaneswar and Ossia Cuttack have recently signed an MoU and have been collectively working towards the upliftment of the MSMEs and handhold them to grow their businesses while venturing into the global market.
During the session, GAEL – GeM and Export Lounge was inaugurated within the premises of OSSIA Cuttack in the august presence of Shri. Saswat Mishra, IAS, Principal Secretary, MSME Department, Government of Odisha, Shri. Hemant Sharma, IAS, Industries Department, Government of Odisha, Md. Sadique Alam, IAS, Director of Industries, Government of Odisha and Shri. PK Gupta, IEDS, Joint Director & HOO, MSME DFO-Cuttack. This facility has been made accessible for GeM, Government of India and World Trade Center Bhubaneswar for providing real time assistance to the MSEs for Export related queries.
Smt. Geetanjali Agnihotri, Founder, Aromasymphonies and an Associate Member of World Trade Center Bhubaneswar received recognition for her exemplary contribution in adopting best technology in ameliorating the growth of her business entity while adding to the growth of the MSME Sector.
The program also witnessed networking luncheon where the industry leaders, major stakeholders and government officials interacted and discussed various aspects for the overall growth of the MSMEs of the state.
The program was held on Wednesday, 20th December 2023 at Shilpa Seva Sadan, OSSIA Comples, Cuttack.
