Jul 28, 2017

Bouwinvest Office Fund is pleased to have been able to welcome a number of new tenants to the WTC The Hague over the last six months. It is also delighted that several other tenants have extended their rental contracts. The total area of both groups entails 5,140 m² of office and retail space rented to eight organizations.
The new tenants are the European headquarter of one of the biggest couriers, IVBN, Adecs Infra, Cryo & Spa Experience, and Sales Channel which account for 2,360 m², while SPO (Stichting Pensioen Opleidingen), Pensioenfonds Vervoer and Vereniging Innovatieve Geneesmiddelen Nederland have extended their contracts covering 2,780 m² of office space.

WTC The Hague is a multifunctional office block in The Hague’s Beatrixkwartier which houses a mix of offices, hospitality and everyday amenities. The building underwent a complete overhaul which further expanded the high level of facilities that WTC The Hague offered. Upon completion one year ago, the reopening of the building was celebrated in style.

Bouwinvest’s interests in negotiating the rental contracts were represented by Nadorp Bedrijfsmakelaars, Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
