The World Trade Centers of The Hague and Rotterdam have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Shanghai Chamber of International Commerce. The signing of the memorandum took place during the 49th General Assembly of the World Trade Center Association (WTCA).

The memorandum was signed with the purpose of developing the contacts between both institutions, as a means of contributing to the development of trade and economic relations between the Metropolitan Region Rotterdam The Hague and Shanghai).
