World Trade Center Pune was part of SELECTUSA Investment Summit 2023, a global business summit organized by US Commercial Service during first to fourth May. Our CIO Niraj Khinvasara, Armeen  Cursetji, Director of Business Development USA (TWTH – Trade Wing of WTC Pune) along with our  strategic partners attended the SELECTUSA Investment Summit 2023 in Washington D.C.

This summit provided a wealth of educational resources covering topics such as market entry strategies, the advantages of entering the US market and insights into the business environment in different US  states and territories. The event was highly informative and productive offering valuable resources and  growth opportunities in the US market. Niraj Khinvasara emphasized the knowledge and relationships  acquired during this summit will benefit our partners to expand their business globally, particularly in  the USA.

During this visit Niraj had the honor to meet His Excellency Eric Garcetti, the US Ambassador to India and Shuchita Sonalika, Director of CII North America. This meeting took place at a reception hosted by His  Excellency Taranjit Singh Sandhu, the Indian Ambassador to the US at the beautiful India House in  Washington D.C. During the interaction, Mr. Sandhu expressed the need of deepening partnerships  between India and the US. The reception was well attended by several notable individuals including  Governor of North Carolina Hon’ble Roy Cooper, Governor of Northern Mariana Islands Hon’ble  Arnold Palacios, Governor of Guam Hon’ble Lou Leon Guerrero, Reta Jo Lewis, Chair and President of  EXIM BANK US, Arun Venkataraman, DG of US and Foreign Commercial Service and Assistant Secretary  for Global Markets, Department of Commerce along with secretaries and elected representatives from  various US states.
