Yashwant Sinha Felicitated

MUMBAI, INDIA - The World Trade Centre (WTC) Mumbai and All India Association of Industries (AIAI) felicitated Yashwant Sinha, Former Union Minister for Finance and External Affairs, Government of India on being conferred “Officer of the Legion of Honour.” The highest French Civilian Distinction by the Government of France.

Sinha spoke at length on the economic policies, the Parliament and the current situation in India. He emphasised the role of the Central Bank, Reserve Bank of India is important that of an advisor and they should break down the firewalls between them and the government. Sinha reiterated that the role of the government has to be one of nurturing, be it the RBI or the Opposition of India.

Sinha felt this is the best economic time for entrepreneurs and businessmen who need to grab all the opportunities created by the PM Narendra Modi on his recent trips to various countries.
