MUMBAI, INDIA - Raghuram Rajan the Governor of Reserve Bank of India (country’s Central Bank) delivered the keynote address at the Lord Meghnad Desai Academy of Economics, which is located in World Trade Centre Mumbai. Leading economists and editor of Mint, (a business newspaper), are the academia for this academy. 

The members of the faculty, academic board of the academy and Captain Somesh Batra of WTC Mumbai were present at the inaugural function, which started with the lighting of the lamp.
