The Eurasian Economic Union: doing business

The Eurasian Economic Union: a market of 180 million people.

The Eurasian region is undergoing a process of increasing economic integration. The Union, which saw first daylight in 2015, now has five member states: the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. For entrepreneurs the EEU offers a significant simplification of the access to the Eurasian market. Access to one of its member states means access to all.
Furthermore the Union offers benefits in terms of import. Due to the profitable exchange rates for different currencies ( for example the Russian ruble), importing goods from the EEU has become increasingly profitable. The content of this Business Course is being composed by the Netherlands-Russia Center.
