BENGALURU, INDIA - The annual City Momentum Index conducted by Jones Lang LaSalle, an investment management company specializing in real estate, has ranked Bengaluru as the most dynamic city in the world.

Overall, 134 cities were assessed by CMI using 42 variables including recent and projected changes in city GDP, population, corporate headquarter presence, commercial real estate construction and rent. Other factors included education, innovation and the environment. The different cities were also adjudged on how well they are connected to a global network, the state of literacy among the citizens, the environment, and the presence of corporate headquarters. The cities on top of the list were the ones with GDP much higher than their nations.
