Construction of Tower Ten Officially Started

Amsterdam, on 19 November 2018 - the official go-ahead was given for TOWER TEN's new construction and the revitalization of one of the existing buildings of WTC Amsterdam. Sandra Thesing, Deputy Director Amsterdam Zuidas and Ronald van der Waals, fund manager of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, jointly gave the official go-ahead for the construction

TOWER TEN is part of WTC Amsterdam on the Amsterdam Zuidas, the most successful office location in the Netherlands and one of the most popular business locations. The new building comprises 32,000 m2 of office space spread over 22 floors. The existing tower of 17,000 m2 will also be completely renovated. Office and facilities will be added according to the current WTC concept. High-quality facilities are combined with the choice between fixed and flexible office workplaces.

TOWER TEN is expected to be delivered by mid-2021 and will have a BREAAM-NL Excellent design certificate.
