About World Trade Center Genome Valley
Genome Valley, India is located in the town of Turkapally, Shamirpet Mandel, in the northeast of the Medchal-Malkajgiri District in the state of Telangana. Genome Valley is a 2,000 acres cluster dedicated to life sciences established by the State Government of Telangana.
The WTC Genome Valley project will be built on a built-to-suit model for pharma and life sciences companies with a construction area of approx.1.8mio sq ft and will include grade A+ office space (1mio sq ft), hotel/service apartments (150,000 sq ft), retail (25,000 sq ft), conference and convention facilities (15,000 sq ft) and parking (500,000 sq ft).
