About World Trade Center Devanahalli

The WTC Devanahalli, near Bangalore International Airport, to be the latest addition to the WTCs promoted by the Brigade Group. The group through its wholly owned subsidiary company- WTC Trades & Projects Pvt Ltd holds five other WTC licenses in India: Bengaluru, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram.

WTC Devanahalli project is proposed to come up near the Bangalore International Airport. Given the proximity to the airport, this WTC will act as a gateway into the city of Bangalore and the State of Karnataka.

Spread across an area of 74 acres, the project will comprise of a 2 million sq. ft of total built up area. Of this, WTC project alone will be set up in a 1million sq. ft space.
