Irina E. Krylova, Commercial Property Management Director, is the main contact for the tenants and is responsible for providing high-quality services of residential, office and retail spaces, parking places and communication services. The Commercial Property Management Director coordinates all types of repair work and monitors the maintenance and equipment of the rented spaces. The main task is to provide a maximum loading of commercial spaces and to ensure a maximum profitability from the premise's rent and services, selling as well as through the development and implementation of the efficient market sales strategy.

WTC Moscow accommodates more than 500 Russian and foreign tenants in three office buildings of 101 000 sq.m in total, the retail space area amounts more than 30 000 sq.m. The underground garage and outdoor parking space for 2050 vehicles are always available for WTC tenants and guests.
