Ismael Fernandez, Executive Vice President & Treasurer, World Trade Center Atlanta

Dr. Fernández is original from Spain and migrated to the U.S. in 1996. He is a published author in the field of Engineering Economics and holds an MBA and a PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology. While in Georgia Tech, he developed a decision-making framework for technology development in the face of uncertainty and using quantitative finance concepts. After working for over five years at General Electric as a portfolio risk manager and demand forecasting manager for the gas power generation division, he decided to spin off his own practice on small business consulting. Since 2010, Ismael been helping hundreds of investors achieve their goals of moving to the U.S. with different investment visas including EB-5. He is big fan of aviation, energy, and business, and currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
