Patricia MOINARD, Manager, World Trade Center Metz-SaarbrĂĽcken

Patricia Moinard is a seasoned economic developer and international connector with over 30 years of experience in public and private sectors. She currently serves as CEO of World Trade Center Metz-Saarbrücken and leads attractiveness and economic development for INSPIRE METZ – Eurometropole Metz, a cross-border hub at the intersection of France, Germany and Luxemburg.

Her career spans diverse roles in France, Senegal, Japan, China, USA and Canada, including work with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chamber of Arts & Crafts, and entrepreneurial ventures in the promotion of interior design and artisan production. She has also contributed to the launch of WTC Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire and maintains strong ties with Algeria, Egypt, and Morocco’s economic and academic ecosystems.

Patricia is a board member of the University of Lorraine and Georgia Tech-Europe (Europe campus of GIT, Atlanta, Ga), and actively engages in international cooperation, innovation ecosystems, and business development across borders.

Within the World Trade Centers Association, she serves on the Board of Directors and plays a key role in regional strategy and member engagement, contributing to initiatives such as the Francophone Network, Members Forums, Global Business Forums and license accreditation support. Her work emphasizes collaboration, strategic partnerships, visibility, and sector-based innovation.
