Business publication Latin Trade, together with the WTCA, has unveiled the first World Trade Center (WTC) Prime Office Index LatAm for large, medium and small business cities across the region. Based on insights from our LatAm WTC colleagues — including WTC Cancun, WTC Colonia del Sacramento, WTC Mexico City, WTC Montevideo, WTC Punta del Este, WTC Queretaro and WTC Sao Paulo — the index highlights opportunities for investors in premium offices in the new year, and the shift towards a new business ecosystem where offices coexist with telecommuting and other modalities such as coworking.
