This occasion not only celebrated the four-month countdown to spring but also debuted “Fleeting Beauty,” the 2024 Official Artwork created by the talented Nicolas Shi. This masterpiece gracefully blends the iconic cherry blossoms with the distinguished backdrop of Washington, DC's monuments and a glimpse of the Tidal Basin.
