Civil Aviation Symposium

 The 2023 Civil Aviation Symposium themed “Achieving Aviation Sustainability: Challenges and Necessary Cooperation” was held on October 5th by JITTI featuring a number of leading experts from the industry. H.E. Koji Tomita, Ambassador of Japan offered opening remarks recognizing the Japan-U.S. diplomacy and security efforts in the aviation industry. Featured keynote speakers in the program addressed the importance of air transport between Japan and the United States, particularly as there is great economic security in North America and Asia connections via Japan. Moreover, the symposium delved into the responses of these two nations to the pressing issue of climate change, recognizing it as a paramount concern for aviation professionals globally.
