WTC GIFT CITY DIRECTOR JOINS SUPER WOMAN LEAGUE

GIFT CITY, INDIA - Outspreading the impetus for Entrepreneurship in Women; the 2nd Annual Global Convention 2016 organized “Super Woman League" - the panel discussion constituting India’s 5 accomplished female founders/entrepreneurs deliberating and sharing their stirring entrepreneurial journeys. With view to bringing women entrepreneurs together to connect and be heard, the panel discussed the challenges of women entrepreneurs and corporate women leaders and their fixes to propel their businesses in the global business scenario. The event witnessed the participation of numerous women entrepreneurs- established and budding; from around the world in an attempt to understand global Women Entrepreneurship scenario as well as ensuring greater leverage while scaling up the productive capacities of women in the field of Entrepreneurship.

Ms. Khair Ull Nissa Sheikh- Executive Director of WTC GIFT City & Verbind- Its Trade Services Arm headed the panel discussion as the moderator and laid the foundation for deliberations on various topics comprising Women Entrepreneurship. Encouraging Women Entrepreneurs towards fueling creative fires and moving their businesses forward, Ms. Khair emphasized that women entrepreneurs should aim at catapulting a change in the global market dynamics by contributing to economic development and concurrently inspiring each other to be impactful leaders. She further outlined the role of WTC and VERBIND- its Trade Services Arm in harnessing the potential of women entrepreneurs in providing the 3Ms- Money, Market & Mentorship. She referred that WTCs around the world are working generously towards promoting Women Entrepreneurs globally.

The panel conferred about better ways to promote and increase women’s access to business development services, technologies and finance as well as policies that will unleash a wealth of ingenuity and creativity sparking a new era of entrepreneur-led growth globally.
