Women Leadership Round Table

World Trade Center Bengaluru in association with Indian Institute of Materials Management Bangalore conducted a Women Leadership Round Table. Women leaders from the supply chain industry came together to exchange ideas on best practices in the industry.  The discussions revolved around - latest topics in supply chain management, how women will fit in the emerging roles, methods to attract and retain women talent and gender balance in supply chain roles.

Over 15 Women Supply Chain Leaders spoke at the event including - Dr. Renu Rajani, IT Leader and Author; Ms. Ushasri T.S, Vice President and Managing Director, Manhattan Associates; Ms. Rama N S, President, ELCIA; Ms. Sangita Vinaik, Procurement Leader ISA, IBM etc. The hybrid event held at WTC Bengaluru witnessed active participation from SCM professionals across the country.
