In May 2021, World Trade Centre Toronto’s Recovery Activation Program (RAP) was presented with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce Chair’s Award for for Innovative Program or Service. Given at the discretion of the Chair of the Chamber, the award recognizes a chamber of commerce or board of trade for outstanding success in the design, development and delivery of an innovative program that builds membership value.
“Three of our Chamber of Commerce partners put us forward for this award, which demonstrates the value our colleagues and their members have gained through participation with RAP,” said Jan De Silva, President and CEO, Toronto Region Board of Trade (TRBOT).
“It also recognizes the hard work of many individuals and teams at the Board and in particular at WTC-T, for delivering this important program at a time when businesses most needed help to adapt and thrive through the pandemic. This award represents the strong relationships we have built with Chambers across the province, our business community partners and government.”
Our Recovery Activation Program has helped over 1,300 small and medium-sized enterprises adapt during these challenging times.
