Facility Tour

As part of engaging clients in the building, WTC Kochi organised a Facility Tour.  This new thought visioned to give a hands-on experience and feel of all the critical operational areas of the building, understand its role and the effort taken by ground staff.

We meticulously toured client representatives to critical rooms, providing an overview of key features, security measures, redundancy and back up measures, critical equipment housed within the room, elucidating their role in ensuring seamless operations. The tour focused on transparency, client education on measures in place emphasizing on reliability and efficiency of equipment and operations providing insights into preventive maintenance practices and contingency plans, underscoring the facility's commitment to uninterrupted operations. The program was well appreciated by clients, as the tour gave experience & feel directly, the various equipment and its operations.
