2023 Cross-border E-commerce Expo Concludes
On June 17, 2023 China (Xiamen) Cross-border E-commerce Expo (ICEIE) with the theme of “Cross-border Interaction, Global Commodity Connection” has successfully concluded at Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center.
This exhibition set up three cross-border exhibition areas, which were selection exhibition area, platform and integrated facilitators exhibition area and import exhibition area (international exhibition area). The exhibition covers the entire industrial chain of cross-border e-commerce, focusing on more than 50 featured industrial belts as well as more than 2,000 high-quality suppliers across the country. Furthermore, hundreds of facilitators and more than 50 mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba International Station and Amazon Global Store were unveiled here. It can be seen that 20 high-level forums and conferences have already been held at the same time. What’s more, nearly 20 provinces and cities, including Shanxi, Shaanxi, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Jinjiang, and Shishi, designed local featured exhibition halls.
Based on “Global Purchase” and to
observe the 10th anniversary of “Belt and Road” initiative, ICEIE set up a special
“Kazakhstan Theme Pavilion” to display featured commodities from the country,
and held a promotion meeting of key cooperation parks between the two countries
to help enterprises access the development opportunities of the “Belt and
Road”. The “Charming Japan Pavilion” was upgraded to “Japan Trade Pavilion”,
with the addition of the Japan External Trade Organization and Japan-China
Chamber of Commerce as supporters. Well-known enterprises such as Panasonic
Group and Toyota Tsusho have brought new business opportunities for
Sino-Japanese cooperation. The exhibition set up the “BRICS Featured Commodity
Exhibition Area” to promote the “BRICS +” cooperation to become deeper and more
specific.
