Canada and Mexico: Fostering Business Connections

Nov 23, 2015

WINNIPEG, CANADA - World Trade Centre Winnipeg (WTC Winnipeg) was one of the business mentors that met with businesswomen from the Pacific Alliance countries at the Empresarias Lideres de la Alianza del Pacifico summit in Mexico City this past October.

The event attracted businesswomen and trade organizations from Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Chile. WTC Winnipeg shared many business opportunities that exist in Canada, an observing country of the Pacific Alliance trade bloc. Centrallia 2016 was presented to the summit attendees as a great opportunity to expand their business connections outside of the Pacific Alliance. This business trip was also a great opportunity to meet with key partners in Mexico such as WTC Monterrey, ProMexico, Consejo Empresarial Mexicano de Commercio Exterior (COMCE), Mujeres de las Americas and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico.
