Insights on Migration and Sustainable Development

Five former Central American presidents representing the Latin American Presidential Mission are in Washington DC to mark the 30th anniversary of Esquipulas I & II - the Peace Accords which brought an end to decades of armed conflict in the region. This intimate, historic forum will focus on US - Central American issues and relationships. The invaluable perspectives on Migration and Sustainable Development of this delegation are derived from front-line experience in expanding democracy, peace and prosperity in the region. Presidential Delegation includes: Vinicio Cerezo and Alvaro Colom of Guatemala, Laura Chinchilla of Costa Rica, Nicolas Ardito Barletta of Panama and Armando Calderon Sol of El Salvador.
