Faces of Diplomacy Exhibit

WASHINGTON, DC, USA - This exhibit is open daily from February 4-March 11, 2015, from 8:00am-6:00pm.

Faces of Diplomacy is a United States Diplomacy Center (USDC) preview exhibit highlighting some of the talented Americans who are the face of our nation. They include commissioned Foreign Service Officers who manage our diplomatic relations around the globe, Foreign Service Specialists, Civil Servants, Development Specialists, locally engaged staff, and many others who labor tirelessly in support of our nation's interests at our diplomatic missions around the world. While they come from various regions, they have different educational backgrounds and perform a wider variety of duties, it is their service to our nation - promoting peace and prosperity on behalf of the American people - that unites them in their purpose.

The USDC will tell the story of American Diplomacy and why it matters. Currently under construction, the USDC will open at the State Department in 2016.
