TAIPEI CYCLE Turns 30

TAIPEI, TAIWAN - TAIPEI CYCLE, one of the largest industry trade shows attracting international visitors to Taiwan every year will celebrate its 30th anniversary at TWTC Hall 1 and the Nangang Exhibition Center from March 22 to 25, 2017. The 30th year of the show will once again feature the biggest names in the industry, including Giant, Merida, Maxxis, Kenda, Accell Group, Pon Bicycle Group, and Shimano.

Held by Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC), TAIPEI CYCLE 2017 will gather over 1,100 exhibitors to showcase their latest products and innovations. Nearly 27% of the exhibitors will be coming from abroad to join the extravaganza. Together, they will exhibit across 65,000 square meters of space (3,340 booths) to an estimated 10,000 international visitors.

In celebration of its 30th year in the running, Taipei Cycle 2017 will introduce a series of new programs, including the first-ever Demo Day which will be held on March 21, a day ahead of the show's official opening. The event will be held at a nearby location for visitors to experience new bicycle products and test ride the latest bike models on different terrains. In addition, the 4-day show will be joined by national pavilions from Spain, Japan, France and the EU.

Taiwan has long been heralded as a "bicycle kingdom," and TAIPEI CYCLE has been serving as the most notable platform for the world's bicycle industry professionals and enthusiasts to find out the latest and most advanced developments in the industry.

Alongside TAIPEI CYCLE, the 2017 Taipei Sporting Goods Show (TAISPO) will be held at TWTC Hall 1 and 3, which will feature indoor fitness equipment and outdoors gear.
