Sep 25, 2015

The 2nd Aqua Taiwan will take place at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center on Sep. 30 to Oct. 2, 2015.

Co-organized by the Taipei World Trade Center and the Taiwan Drinking Water Equipment Association, the four-day exhibition will be joined by the leading companies in the world's water industry, including the world’s biggest water storage tank maker, TankPAC, Taiwanese pump maker, HCP PUMP, and the leading product testing, inspection and certification provider, NSF International.

Aqua Taiwan will be gathering the best minds from the public and private sectors of Taiwan and around the world to shed more light on today's water problems and offer their best solutions to address the global water crisis.

Having access to good water is not only important for the public's wellbeing, it is also the key to sustainable economic development. However, in recent years, water related problems have become increasingly challenging to deal with for many of the world's emerging economies.

In addition to the existing issues of water access and contamination, every year, the growing number of extreme weather conditions around the world, such as floods, droughts, and typhoons, have continued to cause economic losses and further added to the world's water problems.

Aqua Taiwan aims to be the best platform for buyers worldwide to see the latest in water technology and source from Taiwan’s advanced water industry. At the show, buyers can find practical solutions and the gear they need to solve the water problems encountered by the factories, homes, and cities in their countries.

This year, Aqua Taiwan is expected to be joined by over 100 exhibitors and 4,500 buyers from around the world. There will also be various related events held during the four-day exhibition, including new product launches, one-on-one procurement meetings, business seminars, and industry forums.

Last year, Aqua Taiwan attracted over 4,200 buyers from 10 countries and generated an estimated total of US$25 million in business.
