TAIPEI, TAIWAN - The Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) will be hosting 44 international shows in 2016.

TWTC is the host of more than 40 annual international trade shows in Taiwan. Together, the Taiwan Trade Shows would attract on average more than 10,000 local and international exhibitors and over 80,000 global buyers each year. Over the years the shows have not only served to generate immense business opportunities for their respective industry fields, but also contributed greatly to the MICE market.

In 2016, TWTC will be adding new exhibition categories to COMPUTEX TAIPEI, E-Commerce Expo Asia, the Taipei International Auto parts and Accessories Show (Taipei AMPA), and the Taipei Manufacturing Technology Show (MTduo).

For example, COMPUTEX TAIPEI is the ideal platform for establishing partnerships in Internet Computing Ecosystems. The 2016 COMPUTEX will debut three new exhibits, SmarTEX, InnoVEX and iStyle to feature IoT technology, innovative startups and Apple-certified peripherals and apps. Meanwhile, the highlight of the 2016 E-Commerce Expo Asia will be bank 3.0, and the show will feature the latest developments in the financial and banking service sectors.

Many of the international trade shows organized by TWTC are the major annual events in their respective industries, such as COMPUTEX TAIPEI, one of the world’s leading ICT trade shows; TIMTOS, Asia's second largest machine tool trade show; and Taipei AMPA, Asia's third largest auto parts trade show.

TWTC is also the host of Taipei Cycle, Asia’s largest bicycle trade show, and Food Taipei, one of Asia’s major foods shows.

In addition to hosting shows in Taiwan, TWTC also organizes events abroad in the world's emerging markets, including Auto Expo Myanmar, Myanmar International Electrical, Electronics & Electric Power Equipment Fair, and the Myanmar International Machine Tool & Automation Exhibition.
