COMPUTEX TAIPEI Aims to Build a Global Technology

TAIPEI, TAIWAN - The organizers of COMPTEX TAIPEI, Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) and Taiwan Computer Association (TCA), have announced the show's 2016 exhibitor list and invited influential technology companies to present their IoT visions at the press conference. Showcasing Taiwan's profound industrial value chain and integration capabilities, COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2016 aims to build a global technology ecosystem. In particular, TWTC has invited Siemens, NXP Semiconductors and Asus to share their thoughts on how the Internet of Things will shape smart cities and future lifestyles.

COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2016 Exhibitor List Demonstrates Complete Tech Ecosystem
The technology sector has evolved from PC to focus on the innovative applications of IoT, and COMPUTEX TAIPEI is determined to facilitate the formation of a global technology ecosystem. This year's COMPUTEX TAIPEI will highlight 4 themes, including IoT, startups, gaming, and business solutions, which are supported by Taiwan’s solid ICT foundations and strengths in mobile devices and POS.

COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2016 will gather over 1,600 exhibitors from 26 countries to showcase their latest technology across more than 5,000 booths. Siemens will be returning to this year's show while ABB, the leading industrial robot manufacturer from Switzerland, will be joining the exhibition for the first time. The exhibitor list also includes world-renowned, award-winning startups recognized by Slush, Web Summit, and Garage+, as well as industries giants such as Acer, ASUS, Intel, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, NXP and many more.

2016 CPX Conference Taking the Lead
The 2016 CPX Conference at COMPUTEX is one of the world's best platforms for international technology companies to share their latest industry observations, trends and innovations. The theme for the 2016 conference will be “Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Innovations.” Among the keynote speakers will be senior representatives from ABB, ARM, Bosch Sensortec, Cisco, Ericsson, Siemens, SoftBank Korea and many other industry leaders who will be sharing their visions for the future of IoT applications and smart technologies.
