1. OverviewÂ
- This three-day workshop aims to experience the highlights and innovation of the annual Computex Taipei, the world’s second largest and Asia’s number one ICT trade show. It also aims to provide a comprehensive look at the management and operations of TWTC. The workshop is also a platform for the participants to exchange their insights and experiences in running a WTC.

WTC Taipei has been an active and supportive member of the WTCA family ever since 1981. Over the years, WTC Taipei organized the WTCA General Assembly in 1994, contributed to the design of the WTCA pavilion at China International Fair for Investment and Trade, co-organized the first WTCA Management Training Program in the Greater China region in 2013, and co-hosted the Electronic Machinery Molds Auto Parts Expo in India with WTC Bangalore. As a dedicated member, WTC Taipei has the honor to obtain “best practice” in all 8 categories of the WTCA certification program in 2012.
With more than four decades of trade promotion experience, each year WTC Taipei organizes over 40 international industry shows in Taiwan, holds over260 overseas trade promotional events , trains over 7,000 trade professionals, and invites 100,000 buyers to procure from Taiwan. WTC Taipei is committed to building a solid partnership and establishing a new era of powerful economic and trade alliance between Taiwan and the world.
About Computex TaipeiÂ
Computex Taipei, now in its 35th year, is Asia’s largest and the world’s second largest ICT trade show. Every year, thousands of exhibitors and visitors from around the world join the show held across three world class venues: the WTC Taipei Exhibition Halls, the Nangang Exhibition Hall, and the Taipei International Convention Center. The annual event serves as a sourcing hub for high-tech products and services. It is also the platform of choice for global ICT giants to make new announcements and launch their latest products. This year the show is expected to attract over 130,000 visitors, including 38,000 international guests, during the June 2-6 period.
