The World Trade Center Shamshabad team is pleased to have met Professor Andrew Smith, an Honorary Professor at the International Centre for Evidence in Disability at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), at our office.

Mr. Andrew Smith worked at the World Health Organization in Geneva from 1996 to 2008, managing the Programme for the Prevention of Deafness and Hearing Impairment.

The discussions revolved around ways to spread public health awareness and the possible actions to be taken for the prevention of hearing impairment.
