Nov 24, 2016

SAVANNAH, GEORGIA, USA â€“ On Nov. 08, World Trade Center Savannah’s license holder, the Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA), announced a Canadian-headquartered aerospace company would locate in Savannah. MSB, a division of the French firm Sogeclair, manufactures products for the interior of aircrafts and is a supplier to Gulfstream Aerospace headquartered in Savannah.

“We looked at five different locations when searching for the best U.S. site and Savannah came out on top for a number of reasons,” said Shannon Gill, MSB’s director of business development in an interview with Business in Savannah. “We’re getting very positive feed from our U.S. customer base regarding our choice of Savannah.”

Over the next 5 years, the company plans to grow from 15 employees to 50, with an annual sales revenue goal of $15 million. With its Savannah location, MSB has plans to become a world-class leader in the aerospace industry.
