WTC Rotterdam welcomes new tenants

During the past months, Bouwinvest Office Fund (owner of World Trade Center Rotterdam) concluded rental transactions covering over 4,500 m2 for WTC Rotterdam. Further, several current rental agreements were expanded.

Among WTC Rotterdam’s new tenants are Habibsons Bank, Ironshore Agency Limited, IQ Medical Ventures and Jade Logistics. Two international companies, Kikkerland and Language Partners, moved offices within the building and expanded their office space. Flexible working spaces and Business Rooms are very popular in the WTC Rotterdam Business Center. Apart from the 250 regular tenants at the WTC Rotterdam, more than 140 users have found their workplace in the Business Center. This community grows every week.

The World Trade Center Rotterdam is currently being made future-proof aesthetically and in terms of technology and sustainability. The renovation of the first four floors of the 90 metre tall tower is now complete. The historic part of the building has been fitted with high quality renovated office space with industrial look and feel, prepared for the rental of spaces between 80 to 1,000 m2.
