WTC Pescara Welcomes The Ambassador of Algeria

ROME, ITALY - On 19th of May, World Trade Center Pescara in collaboration with World Trade Center Algiers, had the honour to welcome at the offices of Proger in Rome (in the prestigious area called Prati), the new Ambassador of Algeria, mr Abdelhamid Senouci Bereksi. Proger, a stakeholder of WTC Pescara, was born in 1951 in Pescara and Chieti (Abruzzo), Italy. Today, Proger is an international company providing Engineering & Management services in a wide range of civil and industrial engineering sectors. 

His excellency, mr Bereksi, expressed his appreciation for the work and the commitment put by Proger not only in Italy but also in other countries, starting from Algeria, where the company has been active for ten years and has participated in the construction of major infrastructure projects, such as: the first tramway line of the city of Algiers, the project for the maintenance centre of the first tramway line in Constantine and the project related to the design of the East-West motorway facilities. 

During the meeting, his excellency, mr Bereksi, mentioned also the historical bond which has always characterized Italy and Algeria, and reiterated his support to Italian companies operating in Algeria to contribute to the growth of their own country by strengthening such bilateral relations between Algeria and Italy
