WTC Noida signs an MOU with India Assist

Delhi, June, 2022 : The Services arm of 13 World Trade Centers in India (WTC Noida, WTC Chandigarh, WTC GIFT City, WTC Faridabad, and other WTCs) jointly with India’s top travel tech company India Assist signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate and co-operate across various strategic initiatives in the areas of Trade & Investment Facilitation, Travel and Tourism eco-system, Medical & Distress Management Services, Social Entrepreneurship, and Promotions of Indian Champions etc.

This MoU will pave the way for future collaborations and cooperation between India Assist and WTCs (Noida, Chandigarh, GIFT City, Faridabad) for all around development of social entrepreneurs in India, getting them connected with prospective businesses, and accessing WTC’s capabilities in trade & investment facilitation, entrepreneurship, micro-financing, skilling & upskilling, access to markets, mentorship, and financing etc.

India Assist is chosen among 55000 startups PAN India as Showcase Startup by Startup India in the category of Travel and Tourism. The company is using technology to bring SOS assistance and help in many forms, including on-ground personnel, for tourists via a phone-app. These are a Patented and Copyright approved products with state-of-the-art technology includes a Mobile Application, Backend Software and a Ground Staff Application.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Harish Khatri, Founder and Managing Director, India Assist Insights Pvt. Ltd. and Ms. Khair-Ull Nissa Sheikh, WTCA Board Member, Executive Director - WTC Services, Joint President-Customer Engagement & Distribution, Executive Director WTCA Foundation and Vice Chair, WTCA Business Club and WTCA Agriculture Committee.

This MOU signing ceremony was also marked by the presence of Mr. Vinayak Nath, Founder, Social Entrepreneur & Angel Investor.
