NOIDA, INDIA - After becoming the first operational facility in North India, WTC Noida is reaching new heights after delivering its first two towers which are completely being leased out. This colossal facility acts as a gateway for local business and provides them services through its Trade Services Arm- VERBIND through the hub and spoke model of connected complexes.  The first tower was leased out to VIVO in the facility’s 3,00,000 sq. ft. area to set up its office, R&D and assembly unit to become one of the top real estate occupier in the National Capital Region. Following its successful stint in WTC Noida Facility, VIVO went ahead to lease out the second phase of WTC Noida - another 3,00,000 sq. ft. facility to further its operation in India. The deal reiterates WTC Noida & VERBIND as a harbinger of trade and business in the region.
