International Business Forum of Property 2017

MOSCOW, RUSSIA - World Trade Center Moscow (WTC Moscow) and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) are organizing the International Business Forum of Property (IBFP-2017) «Russia for investors – investors for Russia», on June 20–22, 2017 at the WTC Moscow Congress Center.

The IBFP -2017 will be the first Forum on real estate sector organized by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) in Russia, which indicates growing interest of foreign investors towards the Russian market.

In terms of structure, IBFP resembles the European largest and most representative investment exhibition in the real estate sector - MIPIM.

Why to participate: In the framework of the Forum the Russian and foreign experts from sectors of real estate and construction will demonstrate latest technologies and achievements in the industry for the audience of 1000 people.

For visitors: A three-day event will give the participants an opportunity to exchange experience and ideas, find partners and conclude deals along with establishing a direct contact with the representatives of governmental authorities, business development and support institutions.

For investors and developers: The Forum is an opportunity to find new projects for investment, meet co-investors and evaluate market conditions. The international component of IBFP -2017 will be presented by the largest investors, developers and experts in real estate from more than 20 countries of the world, in particular: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, China, Cyprus, India, UAE, etc.

The Forum will consist of three thematic blocks:

• «Invest-bridges», devoted to the cooperation between the Russian and foreign businesses,
• «Investments – regional aspect», devoted to regional investments and
• «Investment environment», where the participants will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the tools required for successful implementation of the investment projects in the real estate sector.

The Forum will be launched with a Kick-off session: “Global markets’ prospects and the role of Russia on the investment map of the world”.

The third day of the Forum will be dedicated to educational programs. Top experts from different countries will conduct a series of training sessions for professionals in real estate while the industry leaders will share their experience. The key training activity will be a four-hour networking conference “Investment colloquium” that will run in a non-stop format (how to find an appropriate investor, foreign partner, to raise funds for a project).
