Seminar: Defining the future of work, WTC Lund

Mar 25, 2016

LUND, SWEDEN - During our first of three opening seminars at WTC Lund on the 3rd of March, we had the pleasure to listening to Peter Siljerud, CEO at Futurewise and an international future researcher, who defined the future of work by telling us that we better rethink all the things we have ever learned about a traditional day in the office! In the future it will all look very different and we will no longer have regular office hours. To attract employees the office set-up needs to be more like a living room with exciting architecture, modern furniture and playing opportunities, and where the people can be as flexible as possible and work wherever and whenever they want, as long as they perform on time! Peter Siljerud does agree with the previous speaker, Estelle Leclercq from WTCA, who enhanced the importance of people in addition to all digital solutions nowadays.

WTC Lund has now opened up the doors to a brand new office building in the south of Sweden, so far offering 6000 sqm of office space, conference facilities and an activity based office area. All comes with a high level of service, and our neighbor Hotel Park Inn by Radisson Lund, provide our guests and tenants with a modern restaurant and fancy decorated hotel rooms. Warmly welcome to WTC Lund!
